CODE SETTING
Pictogram instructions supplied with the product.
To initialize your code:
- Set 4 digits to "0"
- Open the trunk, and look at the negative side of the front
- Set the inside (top left) cursor to the right
- Choose and set your 4-digit code (be careful, remember it!)!!)
- Push the inner cursor (top left) to the left to memorize your code.
Your padlock is set!
USE
To lock your padlock, place your keys inside, close the safe (without forcing), "thread" your padlock onto a hooking point via the "U", lock the "U" in its insertion. Randomize the 4 knobs to hide your code.
To open it, enter your 4-digit code via the knobs, open the safe, take your keys, then unlock the "U" via the inner latch, to detach it from its attachment point.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Not suitable (used on its own) for use with the KEYLESS opening system, unless you wrap your key or magnetic card in aluminum foil to cut off the signal before placing it in the box. Be sure to check that the signal is cut off.
Do not leave the padlock permanently on the vehicle, as there is a risk of corrosion of the product accelerated by bad weather, and potential damage to the vehicle when driving.
MAINTENANCE
Spray a WD40 degreaser twice a year:
- on the 4 code wheels to keep the mechanism running smoothly
- on the 2 hook ring inserts
- on the inner ring opening latch.
