A weight cage full of tricks!

This cage can be used for bodyweight or accessory exercises.
- To make your workout area easy to store, we've added weight and bar holders to this cage.
- An adapter sleeve allows you to adapt the weight and bar holders to the diameter of your equipment: 28 mm or 50 mm.
- The pull-up bar can be installed in two different ways to offer you an extended grip (or not).

How do I install the 900 rack and how long does it take?

Assembly time:

Minimum ceiling height for full pull-ups:

The cage is assembled from bottom to top. Take care to install the T-shaped reinforcements and ensure that the uprights are correctly positioned.
The pull-up bar can be mounted in 2 ways: extended or classic grip.

What accessories should I add to this Rack 900 weight cage?

To work on your Rack 900 weight cage, you'll need:
- 1 x 2-meter bar 28 mm (ref: 8289900)
or
- 1 x 2-meter bar 50 mm (ref: 8491834)
- Weights (28 mm ref: 1042303, 50 mm ref: 8484128 for the 20 kg)

To accessorize, you can add:

Upper-body session focused on building muscle mass:
- Bench press 4×6 reps

- Dumbbell sit-ups 3×10 reps

Always keep a 2-rep margin and take about 2 minutes' recovery between each set.
