Technical data
A neoprene balaclava, 3.5 mm thick.
Stretch neoprene in the neck and ear areas to facilitate movement and better adapt to every morphology.
The Air Expulse system: a system for evacuating air bubbles trapped in the balaclava.
The area in contact with the face is made of smooth neoprene for greater comfort and to limit water ingress.
Glued and sewn joints - GBS
The balaclava's seams are watertight, assembled using GBS (Glued and Blind Stitched): the neoprene is first glued, then sewn for maximum strength (the needle does not pass completely through the neoprene to prevent water infiltration).
Choosing the right size
Measure your head circumference and choose the right size:
XS/S : 53- 56 cm 20.8-22.1 inch
M/L: 57-60 cm 22.4-23.6 inch
XL/XXL: 61-64 cm 24-25.2 inch
Tips for maintaining your diving hood
1) Soak wetsuit inside and out in clear water after each session.
2) Use a bactericidal solution to sanitize.
3) Rinse well in clear water.
4) Dry on a wide hanger in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
Caution: the sun discolors the textile parts of the suit and accelerates the aging of the neoprene.
Zippers can be cleaned with a toothbrush and lubricated with silicone grease.
