HCS: HIGH CONICAL STRUCTURE

We developed this HCS concept by increasing the blank taper by more than 20° at the butt. This results in a super-powerful rod for comfortably fighting big fish, while retaining the finesse of the tip for maximum sensitivity and to feel even the finest bites. With HCS, power and sensitivity are one and the same.

Reel & wire recommendation

We recommend using a size 4000 reel with this ILICIUM-500 210 POWER rod fitted with 16/100 braid or 30/100 nylon line.
