HCS: HIGH CONICAL STRUCTURE

We developed this HCS concept by increasing the blank taper by more than 20° at the butt. This results in a super-powerful rod for comfortably fighting big fish, while retaining the finesse of the tip for maximum sensitivity and to feel even the finest bites. With HCS, power and sensitivity are one and the same.

Reel recommendations

We recommend using a size 3000 or 4000 reel with this ILICUM-900 240 rod.
