Construction: in-Mold :

In-Mold construction makes it possible to create lightweight helmets. This technique forms an outer shell directly molded onto the inner EPS cap.
Its function is to absorb shock in the event of impact.
The rigid outer shell that encloses the helmet is made of polycarbonate and increases impact protection.
