A waterproof cap to keep out the rain
Our model's membrane features a special coating and "welded" taped seams to guarantee waterproofing. So when you're hunting pheasant on the plains, woodcock in the woods or hare in a field of beet in wet weather, and you don't fancy covering up with a hood, our waterproof cap is the perfect ally: your ears are clear and you can see your surroundings better overall, while being protected from the rain.
Freedom from bad weather!
In autumn or winter, opt for a waterproof hunting cap to keep your head dry despite the elements. But how do we measure waterproofness at Decathlon ? Not only do we take into account the intrinsic quality of the component, we also validate the waterproofness of the finished product in a climatic chamber that reproduces different levels of precipitation. So, with this new model, you can move about in light rain for 1 hour without getting wet.
Additional information
On the top, again to guarantee maximum waterproofing, the logo is not embroidered (it's an HD print), so we advise you not to machine-wash it. Of course, there are no ventilation eyelets to keep water out. At the back, you can adjust and tighten the cap to fit the shape of your head: a new-generation scratch system allows you to increase or reduce the size of your head.
