WHAT HEAD SIZE FOR AN ADJUSTABLE RUNNING CAP?

The Velcro strap at the back allows you to adjust the size of the running cap's head: it fits head sizes from 54 to 58 cm.
Combined with the Velcro strap, an elastic band allows you to adjust the cap to your head, without any feeling of compression for optimum comfort.
To measure yourself, place a tape measure above your eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.

This running cap was tested and validated by 10 male and female runners during an outdoor outing. In particular, the cap was tested for fit (it doesn't blow off in windy conditions), comfort and breathability.
The testers kept the cap for 6 months to put it through its paces.
