What do we mean by a compressible visor?

On the inside of the visor, unlike most other caps, we don't have rigid (and therefore breakable) plastic, but expanded foam (EVA). This flexible foam has the particularity of returning to its original shape and, above all, of not breaking even after folding.

Why checkered fabric?

Checkerboard fabric is a mesh fabric. The warp and weft threads present are designed to ensure its resistance and to stop any tearing.
It is therefore particularly resistant compared to a smooth fabric, for example.
