So how do you use your electronic massage belt?
We recommend 5 minutes of massage per muscle group!
And to adjust the depth of the massage, you can use the straps or your body weight.
The different directions of rotation adapt to the muscle zones: upwards for the legs and backwards and forwards for the back.
The heated option helps relax back muscles.

How do I use the electronic massage belt?
The massage belt is wired.
To use it, you need to plug it in.
Once plugged in, you can choose between 3 speeds, 2 directions of rotation and a heating mode.
The 4 buttons (on/off, speed, direction of rotation and heat) are located on the strap.
The belt stops by itself after 15 minutes or in the event of excessive pressure.
