Why wear a lumbar belt?
This lumbar belt, with back stays and wide support straps, can be worn in cases of low back pain, lumbago, pain or apprehension, to help you get back into sports (basketball, soccer, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo). Easy to put on and adjust, the material and shape are adapted to the anatomy of the back for optimum comfort. The tightening straps provide extra support.
What's the difference between low back pain and lumbago?
In reality, lumbago and lower back pain refer to the same thing: back pain in the lumbar region. These pains can have different causes: fracture, deformity, herniated disc....It's by treating the causes that the pain will disappear. Wearing a lumbar belt can, through its action of heat, compression and amplitude limitation, reduce the level of pain.
What size lumbar belt should I choose?
Measure your waist circumference, 5 cm above the hips. Then match the measured value with the following size chart:
Size 1: 65 - 85 cm
Size 2: 85 - 110 cm
Size 3: 110 - 140 cm
