How do I choose the right size for my hoop?
To practice Rhythmic Gymnastics correctly, the gymnast must have a hoop adapted to her age and morphology.
To determine the right size, the height of the hoop must correspond to the height of the hip. We offer different sizes to suit all body types.
To do this: Stand with feet together and flat, and press the hoop against your leg. The hoop should reach hip height.
How to maintain your hoop
We recommend that you use your hoop on a surface such as a gym mat or multisport floor, as hard surfaces such as wood or cement will damage it.
Wash the hoop with a little dish soap, water and a soft surface sponge. Rinse well and rub gently.
Dry with a microfiber cloth to avoid abrasion.
