Why and when should you wear compression socks?
Compression socks help you to be better prepared for your training sessions or competitions.
They are worn before or after a sports session, ideally just afterwards, for at least 1h30, or even several hours or a whole day if the session was intense.
Compression socks are also suitable for long journeys by sitting, train, plane or car.
How to choose the right size?
Choose your size (S, M or L) according to your calf circumference. For greater precision, measure your calf circumference, where it is thickest, with a tape measure. Once you've taken your measurements, refer to our size guide to choose your compression socks:
Size S - calf circumference: 30 / 34 CM ( 11.8 / 13.38 IN )
Size M - calf circumference: 34 / 38 CM ( 13.4 / 14.96 IN )
Size L - calf circumference: 38 / 42 CM ( 15 / 16.51 IN )
How do I wear compression socks?
Roll up the sock, position it over the toes and pull it through to the heel. Carefully unroll with both hands over the ankles and down to below the knees. Finally, adjust on the calf so that no creases remain.

These compression socks are not a medical device. In the event of venous pathology, please consult your doctor.
A few tips to optimize your sports recovery:
For optimum recovery, add massage accessories (roller, ball, stick, belt, pistol, etc.) or an electrostimulation device.
Good nutrition also helps recovery. This includes recovery drinks and protein bars. For further advice, we invite you to read our articles on our website Aptonia.fr.
