HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT MATERIAL FOR HIKING SOCKS?

It's important to manage humidity as effectively as possible: perspiration is often unavoidable.
If your shoe is breathable, it will evacuate the humidity from your perspiration: so you need to choose a light, breathable sock as well
If your shoe is waterproof, to protect you from the humidity of the rain, you won't make the same choice: you need to choose a sock that will absorb your perspiration and keep it as far away from your foot as possible.

THE SHOE/SOCK COMBINATION PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE

There are many causes of blisters when hiking: rubbing, a fold in the sock, dampness, too small or too big a shoe size...
It's therefore important to choose the right size and material of socks for your hiking boots.

Store away from moisture and light.

TESTS

All our socks are tested in the laboratory and in the field to validate the following elements: toxicology, UV resistance, abrasion resistance, accelerated aging and resistance to repeated washing. Users then validate our socks in use, in the Mont-Blanc valley.
