Reduced risk of irritation
In the heel and toe, we've chosen a technical yarn with a specific coating (PTFE) that reduces friction and therefore the risk of blisters. However, these socks cannot provide 100% protection against blisters. Blisters generally appear when our skin is weakened by friction from our socks, shoes or foreign bodies. Moisture also plays an important role in weakening our skin.
Choosing the right height for your socks
We offer 3 sock heights for hiking. The "short/low" socks, which protrude slightly from the shoe, but remain under your malleoli. The "medium/mid" socks protect your malleoli by stopping just above them. These 2 heights are designed to be worn with low shoes. The "high/hight" are ideal for use with high hiking boots, stopping just below the calf.
Choosing the right hiking sock size
Our socks come in 4 sizes (35/38, 39/42, 43/46, 47,50). We take advantage of the elastane qualities present in all our socks to ensure that they adapt well to your feet and stay in place. We all have feet of different lengths, proportions and volumes: that's why it's important to try on your socks before you set out on your hike.
