TECHNICAL INFORMATION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Alpinism Light shoe is not suitable for hiking or trekking. In fact, its sole does not provide the same walking comfort as hiking boots. For hiking and trekking, look for shoes with good heel cushioning.

Adapt the shoe to your foot

- You can remove the white midsole under the insole to gain half a size.
Example: For a shoe with a size 42 midsole, if you remove the midsole, you'll get a size 42.5.

Sole

Vibram® Mulaz outsole with thick, deep lugs.
Multidirectional, helicoidal central notches for greater efficiency on ascents and descents. Climbing zone on toe for extra grip.

Dual-density EVA foam insole (excellent shock absorption).

TPU insert on rear compatible with strap and semi-automatic crampons.

Stem

- Synthetic textile in Polyester and PU for an excellent lightness/resistance ratio.
- PU upper collar
- HDry® membrane for exceptional waterproofing and breathability.
- External protective strip all around the shoe (stone guard).
- Quick lacing system with self-locking intermediate buckle (better lacing precision), heel locking system integrated into lacing (effective on descents).
- Injected PU heel foam, incomparable heel support.
