1 - The classic shoe

The classic shoe has a low upper with a flexible sole to allow the foot to roll easily and provide excellent freedom of movement.

2 - A shoe adapted to my level and needs.

Choose a shoe adapted to your level of practice, because a too basic shoe will limit your progress, but to choose a too technical shoe risks to decrease your feelings and your pleasure in practice because they will be less tolerant with the technical imperfections.

Experts = privilege a rigid, light shoe with carbon.

STOCK TIPS

Remove the insoles and open the shoes to allow them to dry. Then replace the insoles and store your shoes completely dry and closed in a shoe bag.
