Do you run track and field and now want to specialize in middle-distance races? Introducing this pair of spikes designed for runners from 800m to 10,000m, including 1500m and 3000m. A shoe that combines lightness, comfort and support. Its breathable mesh upper also wicks away water for steeplechase disciplines.

Lightweight, comfortable tips:

With its streamlined design, this shoe hugs the shape of your foot perfectly. Highly breathable, it has no counter, making it particularly lightweight (weighing 130g in size 43). This lightness is much appreciated by middle-distance runners when it comes to repeating impacts on the track. For added comfort, we've designed a soft, perfectly supple tongue.

STOCK TIPS

Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. Your pair of spikes can also be stored in the Kalenji spiked shoe bag, which also features a ventilation grid for drying.

TESTS

All our spiked athletic shoes are tested in use by external runners at Decathlon under conditions identical to those you'll find in your training sessions and competitions. The aim of these tests is to develop the product as objectively as possible, so that you can beat your records and exceed your limits.
