IS THIS SPORTS SHOE DESIGNED FOR INDOOR USE?
Because cardio fitness is mostly practiced in the gym and/or at home, our shoe has been designed for indoor use. For example, its "softer" rubber is specifically designed for indoor use, and will wear out prematurely if repeatedly in contact with tar. The grip of our soles, meanwhile, has been tested on indoor soils. And speaking of soles, they leave no marks on the ground! Clever, isn't it?
ZOOM SOLE DROP (THE DIFFERENCE IN HEIGHT BETWEEN THE FRONT AND BACK OF YOUR FOOT)
Like all our fitness shoes, the FSH 100 MESH WOMEN has a drop of 4 mm : ideal for getting closer to the natural position of your foot when you're not wearing shoes (i.e. a drop of 0 mm).
YOUR COMFORT COMES FIRST!
The liner of this shoe - in other words, the entire upper part into which you slide your foot - is made of mesh: a comfortable, breathable material that follows the anatomy of your foot as closely as possible to its curves. In short, the FSH 100 MESH WOMEN is a real shoe that can be appreciated during exercise, and even outside it ;)!
MULTIDIRECTIONAL FLEXIBILITY TO MOVE IN ANY DIRECTION
Multidirectional flexibility is a shoe's ability to flex and twist to facilitate changes of direction. Sportlab studies have shown that ankle movement is different in fitness than in running, and that the need for flexion/extension is 1.7 times greater in fitness than in running. Also, with its grooves in the forefoot, the HX Flex sole of this shoe follows the natural flexion of your foot.

As the name suggests, cushioning refers to a shoe's ability to absorb shock and dampen vibration. This shoe has been designed for low-impact fitness activities such as strength training, sit-ups, etc.
