THE JOGFLOW 500K.1: MORE CUSHIONING FOR GREATER COMFORT
The main aim of this men's running shoe was to reduce the risk of injury by significantly optimizing shock absorption. A study conducted at Decathlon in 2018 examined the relationship between lack of cushioning and injury, and the results were conclusive: the use of soft shoes led to a 25% reduction in injured runners. The FLOW range has therefore been developed with a focus on a preferred level of soft cushioning.

Thanks to its EVA foam sole, the JOGFLOW 500.1 shoe guarantees optimized shock absorption and exceptional comfort. So you can enjoy a run of up to 10 kilometers without the slightest problem or fear of injury. With this model of men's running shoe, our design team chose to focus on foot comfort. The shoe's 3D knit gives runners a genuine second-skin effect, for unrivalled comfort. The flex notches have been designed to follow your foot as it moves through each stride, facilitating movement and giving the impression of wearing nothing at all.

That's why we've chosen to adopt a more planet-friendly manufacturing approach for our JOGFLOW 500K.1 model. And we've succeeded, to say the least, with a 24% reduction in CO2 emissions during the manufacturing process of this pair of shoes!
A NATURAL STRIDE WITH A LOW DROP
The offset, also known as the "drop", corresponds to the difference in height between the heel and the forefoot of the shoe. Unlike the 10-millimeter drop generally offered by other running shoe brands, KALENJI has chosen to adopt a 4-millimeter drop for its Jogflow 500K.1 men's running shoe. The aim is to encourage runners to make contact with the ground using the forefoot, thus promoting a more natural stride.
Knit care tip
1. If possible, remove the insole from the shoe and wash it separately.
2. Using a soft brush, wipe or microfiber (avoid abrasives), wash the entire shoe with a little warm water and soap (Marseille soap, for example!).
3. Remove as much water as possible from the inside with a cloth.
4. To dry your shoes, avoid placing them near a heat source (such as a radiator): they should be left to dry at room temperature.

A SIZE TO SUIT EVERY RIDER
To ensure optimum comfort, it's important to choose the right size for your JOGFLOW 500K.1 men's running shoes. We recommend that you choose a larger size than the one you usually wear, leaving about 1 cm of space between your toe and the front end of the shoe. This anticipates the widening of your foot during exercise. We suggest you take a short run in the store to assess the shoe's comfort.
