For optimum comfort with the RUN CUSHION GRIP, choose one size larger than your usual shoe size. There should be 1cm between your toe and the tip of the shoe, as your foot swells during exercise.

WHAT IS THE DROP OF THE RUN ACTIVE GRIP SHOE?
The "drop" is the difference in height between the back (heel) and front (forefoot) of the shoe.
The difference in sole height between the front and back is 10 mm.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RUN ACTIVE GRIP SHOES?
Do not machine-wash your shoes, as this will damage the technological and physical properties of the shoe, and may cause the mesh on the top of the foot to detach, shrink or tear.
We therefore recommend that you wash them as soon as they become very dirty (muddy), using soapy water and a small synthetic brush. Never use bleach! Rinse with fresh water.
To dry your shoes, avoid placing them near a source of heat.
