A drop for heel attacks
The drop is the difference in height between the back of the shoe at heel level and the front of the foot. With a drop of 10 mm, the RUN ACTIVE is ideal for runners who place the heel first on the ground. The shockwave at this point of the foot is thus limited, for an optimized stride at every bounce.
The right size for the right performance
To reach your running goal, it's essential to choose the right size to avoid chafing, blisters and rubbing. When choosing the right size of RUN ACTIVE men's running shoes, make sure you take a size larger than the one you usually wear, to anticipate foot swelling during your session. Make sure there's about 1 cm between your toe and the tip of the shoe.
