TECHNICAL INFORMATION

What is drop 0?

On a shoe, the drop refers to the difference in sole height between the forefoot and the heel. Scientific studies carried out by our research laboratory (the SportsLab) have shown that a zero drop (i.e. drop 0) results in a more natural stride, similar to that adopted when running barefoot. This natural stride enables your child to better absorb the impact of running, and strengthens tendons and muscles in the long term.

Why shouldn't adults run in children's shoes?

Children's shoes are specially designed to fit the anatomy of their feet, which is different from that of adults. For example, a child's size 39 does not correspond to the volume required for an adult's size 39 foot. A child's foot is longer and thinner, and the shape of the shoe is specially designed to respect this particularity of a child's growing foot. Cushioning is also insufficient for adult running shoes.

TESTS
