TECHNICAL INFORMATION

What is a drop?

The drop on a shoe is the difference in sole height between the forefoot and the heel. A reduced drop will preserve the natural movement of the foot during running and minimize so-called "biomechanical" stresses. These can be the source of injury. On these run support easy shoes, the drop has been reduced by 6 mm with the aim of respecting the natural stride of the smallest runners!

For the same size, children have thinner feet and less total volume in the shoe than adults. Give your growing athletes plenty of room, so they don't feel constrained when practicing.
