HISTORY of AREETA SHOES
This beach shoe is simply the result of combining a flip-flop and a sneaker. The flip-flop gives you the feeling of being barefoot, while the sneaker side provides coverage and pleasant support for the foot.
L'AREETA is designed to combine the advantages of each of these footwear styles!
PRODUCT NAME
The name AREETA for this beach shoe originates from the Basque Country. It means SAND.
Sand is the beach, water the entry point to all our water sports!
Our "water sports" products are imagined, designed, conceived and tested at the Water Sports Center in Hendaye, on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, in the Basque Country.
The name Areeta is a nod to this land, a veritable stronghold of water sports.
NEW VERSION
Our new AREETA has all the advantages of its "big sister": lightness, compactness, breathability, and the possibility of wearing it in espadrille mode or in closed-toe shoes.
We have simply reworked the points of improvement that you, the users, pointed out to us.
Namely: better cushioning for even greater comfort and increased mesh resistance in the toe area.
All this, while giving it a bit of a makeover in terms of style!
