Coping with the cold as a child

Following a study conducted by our research laboratory (Sportslab), we have scientific proof that children are less tolerant of cold than adults! They don't feel the cold as progressively as adults do, and more often than not suddenly feel uncomfortable.
For day-long competitions or training sessions at temperatures below 5°C, we recommend adding warm pants over tights, which can be removed for active phases.
