Wadding thermal insulation
Thermal insulation keeps your little skiers at the right temperature, neither too hot nor too cold. The garment adapts to their body's physical behavior and the external environment. Wedze uses wadding insulation to keep the body warm. This polyester-based synthetic component stores more or less air, depending on the size of the fibers. The thicker the wadding, the more air it contains, and the better the insulation.
Coating treatment
Coating is a waterproofing material applied to the inside of the suit's outer fabric. It prevents water from penetrating the garment, but allows water vapor produced by the body during activity to escape. Little ones stay dry and comfortable.
Sealed main seams
In addition to the waterproof fabric, we reinforce the suit's watertightness with waterproof seams. These are waterproof adhesive strips affixed to the seams inside the garment to make it perfectly watertight. These waterproof seams are present in the areas most exposed to snow. On this suit, these are the shoulders, chest and buttocks.
Tip
Your kids move around a lot when they're out on the snow, and sometimes they lose their mittens. We've got a trick to keep them in place: simply slip the elasticated tab of the wrist tightener between your thumb and forefinger before attaching it to the Velcro fastener.
PULL'N FIT concept
The innovative PULL'N FIT concept makes it easy to precisely adjust the length of the ski suit's legs to perfectly suit the child's morphology. Simply pull the elastics in the lower leg pockets, and the suit is shortened!
Package pocket
No need to take out your ski pass! The sleeve is equipped with a ski pass pocket for quick access to the lifts.
Personalization
A label in the inner lining lets you write your child's name to personalize the product. A useful tip for finding your child's ski suit at ski lessons, daycare or school.
How to keep kids warm on the slopes?
To stay warm and dry, simply apply the 3-layer rule: Layer 1 or second skin, to stay dry. Layer 2, or insulating layer, to retain heat. Layer 3, or protective layer, to keep out the elements.
How do you dress your children so they don't get cold legs on the ski slopes?
To keep your legs warm and dry, simply layer 2 layers: 1 layer of ski underwear to wick away perspiration, and 1 layer of ski pants to protect against the elements and provide warmth.
