What is PULL'N FIT?

How can I be sure that my baby will be warm and cozy when sledding in the snow?
Our designers use a special wadding and lining to keep the body warm. These polyester-based synthetic components store more or less air, depending on their thickness. So, the thicker the component (wadding or lining), the more air it contains and the more insulating it is. This combipilot will keep you warm on your winter outings.
How can I be sure that my baby will be dry when sledging in the snow?
The resistance of a fabric to water pressure is measured in mm water column (test based on ISO 811). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. A component with a waterproof rating of 2000 mm will therefore withstand the pressure exerted by 2000 mm of water (roughly equivalent to a 2-hour shower).
How is the waterproofness of a baby ski suit tested?
This pilot waterproof suit has been validated in a shower test under 60 liters of water / m² / hour for 4 hours. This test reproduces average snowstorm conditions.
Component water repellency
A fabric's water repellency is its ability to let water slide off its surface without absorbing it. This means the fabric doesn't soak up water, remaining light, breathable and warm. Water repellency is achieved by a treatment applied to the outside of the fabric. This treatment needs to be renewed over the life of the garment (we recommend every 3 washes).
How to reactivate water repellency?
To reactivate water-repellency, we recommend that you wash your returned garment on a synthetic program at 30°C and rinse thoroughly. You can use your usual detergent, but not fabric softener. Leave your jacket to air-dry flat on a drying rack. Finally, tumble dry your garment right-side-up on low heat for 10 minutes. The heat will reactivate the fabric's water-repellent properties.
How can I prevent snow from getting into my shoes?
Position the elastic band on the bottom of the pants over the boot, to prevent snow and air from entering the boot and pants.
How do you dress your babies to keep them warm on your sledging outings?
To stay warm and dry, simply apply the 3-layer rule:
- Layer 1 or second skin, to stay dry.
- Layer 2 or insulating layer, to keep warm.
- Layer 3 or protective layer, to protect from the elements (like this baby ski suit).
Where can I write my baby's name on this pilot's suit?
There's a space to write your child's name to personalize the product. A useful tip for finding your combipilot at nursery or day-care this winter.
