What size compress should I choose?
Size M (30.5 x 15.5 cm) is recommended for the joints: shoulder, knee, elbow, ankle.
Size L (30.5 x 24 cm) is recommended for the back, neck, thigh, calf.
It is sold with a fixing pouch for optimum application.
When should it be used cold?
The bag is used cold to help reduce swelling, inflammation and pain in cases of hematoma, ecchymosis, muscle pain and
sprains. The bag should be chilled in the freezer.
When to use hot?
The pouch can be used hot to relieve muscular pain, backache and lumbago.
It can be heated in the microwave or in boiling water.
What precautions should I take before using this product?
The product must not be used on damaged or sensitized skin.
Use on children or people with cognitive disabilities must be supervised. Do not apply while sleeping. Do not use in cases of skin sensitivity (e.g. diabetes) or blood circulation disorders (e.g. Raynaud's syndrome).
