Why choose a pro skipping rope?
Optimize your cardio workout with this top-of-the-range skipping rope. Its ultra-light cable and ball-bearings provide superior rotation speed. This means you can easily link up long series of single (SU) or double (DU) jumps during intense, effective workouts, without putting excessive strain on your forearms and shoulders.
Ideal handles for skipping rope practice
Thanks to its aluminium handles and non-slip coating, this skipping rope provides a firm, comfortable grip, avoiding any risk of slipping during your single (SU) or double (DU) jumps.
How do I set up my skipping rope?
To use the pro skipping rope properly, place your feet in the center and pull it up until it reaches your shoulders. The rope handles should be level with your armpits. Adjust the length and tighten the two screws firmly using the tool supplied.
How do I use my pro skipping rope?
To ensure the durability of your skipping rope, we recommend using it indoors on rubber tiles (ref. 8651539). This will preserve its lifespan. If you choose to use it outdoors, use the protective sheath provided and avoid overly rough surfaces.
How do I store my pro skipping rope?
Forget the hassle of mixing your pro skipping rope with your cross-training gear, thanks to the included carrying pouch! Simply roll it up carefully (without twisting it) and slip it into its small, dedicated pouch. You'll be able to carry it without worrying about it getting tangled up with your other equipment.
What comes with my pro skipping rope?
The skipping rope pro comes with:

Our coach's advice (2/2)
As you go along, increase your work time and reduce your recovery time.
It's best to maintain intensity in your work intervals, so choose longer recovery times for maximum intensity.
To make the circuit more complex, you can add running between your laps.
