The 0.8cm PVC rope width ensures abrasion resistance on most floors.
The wooden handles and steel rotation system offer exceptional durability.

ROPE ADJUSTMENT
You can adjust the length of the rope in three steps:
1/ Using a 3 mm ALLEN wrench mm , unscrew the black screws that are located under the ends of the rotation system.
2/Cut the rope to your size (measure the rope with your hands at your shoulders).
3/Re-tighten the black screws firmly, checking that the rope is well pinched by them.
