How do I set up my skipping rope?

To use the fast skipping rope properly, place your feet in the middle and pull it up to your shoulders. The handles should reach your armpits. Adjust the length and tighten the two screws with the tool provided to secure the rope.

How do I use my speed skipping rope?

To protect your skipping rope, we recommend using it mainly indoors, and avoiding as much as possible outdoor asphalt floors. Otherwise, you can add the plastic sheath to protect the rope itself.

Alternatively, you can use it on rubber tiles (ref.: 8651539). This will extend the life of the rope.

How do I store my skipping rope?

Storing your skipping rope couldn't be easier: just roll it up without twisting it and slip it into one of the pockets on your Gym Bag (ref: 8596007).

Our coach proposes a cross-training circuit

Perform 3 to 5 rounds:
- 50 double jump rope jumps
- 20 box step ups
- 50 double jump rope jumps
- 20 burpees

Depending on your level, add recovery periods between each round. As you progress, increase the number of repetitions.

To make the circuit more complex, you can add running between your rounds.
