How do I adjust the rope size to my body shape?

In order to practice Rhythmic Gymnastics correctly, the gymnast must have a rope adapted to her morphology.
To determine the right length: Stand upright, feet together and flat, pass the rope under both feet.
The ends of the rope should reach under the armpits.
It is advisable to cut these ends and burn them to avoid fraying the material.
You can also tie knots for a better grip.

How to maintain your rope

Our product manager's advice: hand-wash the rope if necessary, but do not machine-wash to avoid shrinkage.
When the rope is cut to fit your body, remember to burn the ends to avoid fraying.
