If you already own a bodybuilding pulley (ref: 8651535), this rope will complement your existing equipment.
If so, you can use it with:

Work with this rope with our coach's advice

It's the ideal accessory for working the arms in isolation (biceps and triceps).
- Build muscle mass: by performing 8 to 12 repetitions with a moderate load
- Tone your triceps with sets of 12 to 20 repetitions with a lighter load

Each time, start on the low range of repetitions (with a 2-rep margin) and increase by one repetition per week until you reach the high range. Then increase the weight from the low range, and so on.
