What is proprioception?
Proprioception is the ability to perceive the position of different body parts in space. The better your proprioception, the better your balance, gestures and movements in sport. It also helps prevent the risk of injury.
What size elbow support should I choose?
Measure your arm circumference, 5 cm below the elbow. Then match the measured value with the following size chart:
Size 1: 21.5 - 23.5 cm
Size 2: 23.5 - 26 cm
Size 3: 26 - 28 cm
Size 4: 28 - 30 cm
