What is tennis elbow or golf elbow?
These two types of tendonitis are inflammations of the tendons inserted at elbow level, on the upper arm in the case of tennis elbow and under the arm in the case of golf elbow. They affect all sportsmen and women (basketball, handball, rugby), but are particularly common in racquet sports and golf, often due to excessive training and aggravated by repeated shocks, particularly from ball impact.
What size elbow support should I choose?
Measure your arm circumference, 5 cm below the elbow. Then match the measured value with the following size chart:
Size 1: 21.5 - 23.5 cm
Size 2: 23.5 - 26 cm
Size 3: 26 - 28 cm
Size 4: 28 - 30 cm
