How do I adjust my balance cushion?
First of all, it's important that you don't feel the ground when you're on your cushion. If this is the case, inflate it using a needle pump (sold separately - reference: 8556016).
Next, remember that it's the air pressure inside the cushion that will determine its level of instability. For example, the more your disc is inflated, the less you work on your balance; and the less it's inflated, the more you work on your balance.
Why work on my balance?
Balance is an essential skill in everyday life, as it is in sports.
