How does the AB Mat abdominal cushion work?

When practicing abdominal crunches, it's not uncommon for the back to become too deep during the lowering and raising movements. Thanks to its ergonomic design and comfortable composition, this accessory will help prevent this type of discomfort. The abdominal pad slips under the lower back to provide the necessary support during practice, and its use helps mobilize the abdominal muscles during crunches!

This cushion is also comfortable for sheathing postures!

If you've ever suffered from sore elbows or forearms when you're working out, this accessory can also be used as a stable support for your forearms.
