Sharpening
The blade angle is 20°. A triangle in the packaging allows you to check this angle on a whetstone. All that's left to do is place the blade on the triangle, follow the slope and maintain this angle when sharpening on the stone.
The Solognac quick sharpener makes blade sharpening very easy without any technical gestures. Sharpening with a sharpening rifle is also possible, with a little practice.
