Our blanket has generous dimensions: it is 180 cm long and 80 cm wide. It weighs 575 g.

Why use a blanket in your yoga practice?
When folded, it can be used as a cushion for sitting at the beginning and end of the session, or to protect knees and ankles during certain postures (such as Diamond, Dog and Cat). It is also very useful for adapting postures such as Candle (Sarvangasana) and protecting the cervical vertebrae. Unfolded, thanks to its large size, it envelops you for a comfortable Savasana.
