Heat input :
300 gr/m² wadding over the entire blanket + an additional 100 gr/m² on the back to guarantee perfect heat transfer to the area of the horse where heat loss is greatest.
Fastening and closing :
Chest closure: scratch flap to prevent chafing and 2 adjustable quick-release buckles. Other fastenings: adjustable ventral cross straps. The hooked buckles of the cross straps are equipped with rubber stoppers to prevent the buckles from opening unexpectedly. 2 adjustable and removable thigh straps.
Comfort :
Two shoulder gussets: very high and ideally positioned at an angle to the point of the shoulder, they offer the horse real freedom of movement by following the movement of the forelegs.
Two foam pads have been placed on either side of the withers for greater comfort and freedom of movement, particularly when the horse lowers its head.
Tail flap :
Integrated into the blanket, it protects against the cold and also protects the horse's tail when it rubs against walls.
It also features a symmetrical belly flap. This keeps the horse's belly warm and prevents heat loss.
Care instructions :
We recommend regular cleaning of the blanket. Urine and horse droppings that have dried for too long can cause the blanket to deteriorate. A sale rug can cause skin irritation. Before removing the rug, remove dust with a brush. All Fouganza covers are machine-washable at 30°C.
Spreadability :
We offer after-sales service for thigh straps and quick-release buckles, so you can replace them in the event of loss or breakage.
Back handles :
The 2 back handles make it easy to pull the blanket backwards. They also allow you to hang up your blanket, so you don't have to leave it lying around on the floor.
