Why use creatine in bodybuilding?

How to use your Creapure® creatine monohydrate?
If you practice a strength sport all year round (bodybuilding, weightlifting...), you can take 1 dose per day, i.e. 3.5 g (1 level spoonful) diluted in 150-250 ml of water or in your shaker, before training.
You can divide your intake before and after training (without exceeding 1 dose/day). Taking creatine with a meal helps the body to assimilate it.
Consume directly after preparation, for better dissolution of the product.
Directions for use and contraindications
This product is contraindicated in cases of renal or hepatic insufficiency, and for pregnant women and people under the age of 14. Keep out of reach of children. This dietary supplement is not a medicine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
