DOG CHOW® Puppy (up to 1 year) with Chicken is a specially adapted food for puppies with antioxidants to support natural defenses, and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) which is essential for puppy crosis. Also suitable for pregnant and lactating bitches and small adult dogs.

Instructions for use:
For puppies under 3 months of age, divide between 3 and 4 meals and mix the kibble with water to facilitate chewing.
For puppies over 3 months of age, gradually reduce the amount of water added and divide the daily ration between 3 meals.
For puppies between 6 and 12 months of age, divide between 2 meals. You can adjust the recommended daily ration according to your puppy's activity level, physical condition and individual needs.

During gestation and lactation: During the last 3 to 4 weeks of gestation and the first month of lactation, the bitch's food intake can be increased by 1.5 to 2 times the usual maintenance intake.
Once weaned, adjust the bitch's daily intake to keep her in ideal physical condition.
Fresh, clean water should always be available for your dog.

How do I make the transition from one recipe to another?
When changing kibble recipe, it is important to observe a transition period of at least 15 days, as follows:
- The first 5 days: 80% of the old recipe + 20% of the new recipe.
- The next 5 days: 50% of the old recipe + 50% of the new recipe.
- The last 5 days: 20% of the old recipe + 80% of the new recipe.
