Why choose a synthetic tank top for running?

Sweating is a natural reaction to hot weather and physical exertion.
Avoid wearing a cotton tank top, as this material absorbs moisture from the body but rapidly cools the skin, as it does not wick perspiration away and does not dry quickly. By choosing the right tank top, you'll be more comfortable during your workout, however long it lasts.

How can I keep my running tank top as long as possible?

Once you've found a good running basic, you want to keep it as long as possible.

Washing is an essential part of the process.
- Wash it with other T-shirts/tank tops and not with garments with metal parts (zips, buttons, etc.)
- Use a gentle cycle (30°) and just the right amount of detergent
- Avoid drying it in the dryer or in the sun: UV rays damage the colors and weaken the fabric.
