Using your rubber weight-training disc safely
Remember to use disc stops to secure your bodybuilding discs to your bar (ref: 8574652).
Store your rubber discs to keep them long-lasting
To keep your weight-training discs as long as possible, store them in a dry place. Although rubber-coated, they are sensitive to humidity and can rust if stored in damp conditions or outdoors. Dust them from time to time with a dry or damp microfiber cloth. Then store them at the bottom of a cabinet, under a bed or on a wall-mounted disc holder (ref: 8796727).
