Weight dimension 1.25kg
Weight in rubber-coated cast iron 1.25kg:
- Thickness: 17mm
- Inside diameter: 28mm
- Outside diameter: 145mm
Why use rubber-coated weights?
They are easy to install on 28mm diameter bars thanks to their stainless steel ring.
And their rubber coating absorbs shocks and protects floors!

How to store your bodybuilding weights
Although covered in rubber, this bodyweight is sensitive to humidity and can rust if stored in damp conditions or outdoors. You can dust it from time to time with a dry or damp microfiber cloth.
Store it in the lower part of a cabinet, under a bed or on a wall-mounted disc holder (ref: 8796727).
Our coach suggests a session to be done with the 1.25kg weight.
Upper-body toning workout:
Recover between one and one-and-a-half minutes between each set.

- Dumbbell military press 3×12-20 repetitions
- Lateral raise 3×12-20 repetitions
