Dimensions of sliding discs
For 1 disc:
- Diameter: 210mm
- Thickness: 12mm
- Weight: 200g
What is the purpose of glide discs?
The gliding discs enable you to increase the difficulty of your workouts and develop your strength, stability, endurance, coordination and flexibility.
They also enable you to work with bodyweight without stressing your joints.
How do I use the sides of the glide discs?
Thanks to their 2 sides, the sliders adapt to all surfaces:
- The blue foam side glides on hard floors: parquet / tiles.
- The black side glides on soft floors: carpet / rugs.
The black side will not glide on surfaces that catch: foam tiles, children's playgrounds, concrete... Test the surface before you start.
It is advisable to practice barefoot or in shoes, but not in socks, as you risk slipping!
