Ballfiber thermal insulation
Thermal insulation provided by a filling called Ball Fiber: these are small balls of soft wadding, capable of reproducing the loft of a down jacket. Although not as light and compressible as feather, this component is perfectly suited to children: it provides gentle warmth and is as easy to care for as a conventional jacket.
Coating treatment
Coating is a waterproofing material applied to the inside of the jacket's outer fabric. It prevents water from penetrating the garment, but allows water vapor produced by the body during activity to escape. Little ones stay dry and comfortable.
100% taped seams
In addition to the use of waterproof fabric, we've reinforced the waterproofing of this jacket with waterproof seams. Waterproof adhesive strips are affixed to all seams on the inside of the jacket, making it perfectly watertight and guaranteeing total impermeability.
SUR-CASQUE hood
We've integrated a hood into this ski jacket that can be worn over the ski helmet. This system protects the child from cold air and snow entering through the neck. The lycra part, elasticated at the front, enables the hood to be attached to the brim of the helmet. It follows the movements of the child's head without getting in the way, and the jacket's high collar ensures good protection for the face.
Snow skirt
The snow skirt is a protection system located at the waist. On this jacket, it closes automatically when the child closes the ski jacket. It prevents snow and air from entering during practice, particularly in the event of a fall.
Package pocket
No need to take out your ski pass! The sleeve is equipped with a ski pass pocket for quick access to the lifts.
Personalization
A label at the top of the back lining lets you write the child's name to personalize the product. A useful trick for finding your jacket at ski lessons, daycare or school.
How to keep kids warm on the slopes?
To stay warm and dry, simply apply the 3-layer rule: Layer 1 or second skin, to stay dry. Layer 2, or insulating layer, to retain heat. Layer 3, or protective layer, to keep out the elements.
