OPERATING TEMPERATURE
Our jackets have been laboratory-tested in a climate chamber, enabling us to identify recommended temperatures for use.
For moderate activity, with a 5km/h wind, this jacket is suitable for temperatures down to -29°C.
Pockets and bags
This jacket contains:
- 2 outside hand pockets. The jacket can be folded into the right-hand pocket to save space in the rucksack
- 2 outside breast pockets accessible when wearing the harness + 1 patch pocket inside one of them for a telephone.
- 2 mesh pockets inside the jacket to keep a second pair of gloves warm or a thermos flask.
CAPUCHE
Down hood designed to be worn over a mountaineering helmet, adjustable with 2 systems on the front and back of the jacket.
FOREARM REINFORCEMENT
A resistant component has been chosen to reinforce the jacket's forearms. As these areas are subject to considerable stress during practice, the component chosen is more robust than the jacket's main component.

Washing tips
Wash your down jacket on its own in the washing machine at 30°C on the synthetic or gentle program, using a special liquid detergent + 2 or 3 tennis balls.
Spin as low as possible. Then tumble dry with the same number of balls. Between 2 drying cycles, shake out your jacket. Repeat the drying process as often as necessary. For more information: https://support.decathlon.fr/comment-entretenir-et-reparer-une-doudoune-en-plumes
