Wadding thermal insulation
Thermal insulation keeps your young skiers at the right temperature, neither too hot nor too cold. The garment adapts to their body's physical behavior and to the external environment. Wedze uses wadding insulation to keep the body warm. This polyester-based synthetic component stores more or less air, depending on the size of the fibers. The thicker the wadding, the more air it contains, and the better the insulation.
Water-repellent
Water repellency is achieved by applying a treatment that prevents water from adhering to the surface of the fabric.
Water "glides" off without being absorbed, so the garment remains light, breathable and warm. However, this does not mean that the garment is waterproof.
This treatment can be repeated to maintain its effectiveness. Sprays to be applied on the outside are preferable to laundry additives, which could reduce the product's breathability.

How to keep kids warm on the slopes?
To stay warm and dry, simply apply the 3-layer rule: Layer 1 or second skin, to stay dry. Layer 2, or insulating layer, to retain heat. Layer 3, or protective layer, to keep out the elements.
